Kenneth Brown is Director of Engineering at Leviton’s Commercial & Industrial business unit. Ken is chair of the NEMA 5EV Working Group entitled EVSE Embedded Metering and Communication. Ken is currently the IEEE-PES-SPDC Awards Chair of the Surge Protective Devices Committee, Working Group Chair for Surge Protection of Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, a member of the UL 1449 and UL 2231 Standards Technical Panel (STP), and member of NEMA 5EV & 5VS Surge Protective Devices Technical Committee. Ken holds an undergraduate electronic engineering degree and an MBA.
